I am a Fresher, I might not possess immense knowledge, answer to your every question nor have as much experience as you would like, but isn't that what a fresher is? Doesn't personality matter?

I am a Self-Taught Freshly Qualified Chartered Accountant but also SO MUCH MORE. I have always been fascinated with numbers and I feel as if they speak to me, as if they depict a story. CA is not just a profession for me, It’s a passion a dream.

I have always been appreciated for my communication skills, my proactive approach, my approachable nature, and adaptable versatility. I’m not a black and white person, I think outside the box. I appreciate challenges and face them head-on. Challenges allow you to gain knowledge that you did not previously possess, a chance to learn. I’m able to grasp new concepts quickly. I’m a “we” person and I’m not afraid to take risks. I’m a creative vibrant go-getter with an intellectually curious mind, unparalleled attention to detail, an interest in technology, a hunger for knowledge, a desire to learn, and a passion to succeed.

I'm a natural problem-solver, I strongly believe in the phrase "where there is a will, there is a way". You will always find a solution, no matter the problem, you just need to have the will and passion to look for it. I go above and beyond the conventional ways to find a solution.

You were all Freshers at a point in time (or you presently are like me :D), you didn't possess the knowledge you now do, you didn't have all the answers nor the experience you now do.

You were us and all you wanted was a chance, a chance to prove yourself, a chance to learn, a chance to grow. Did you remember your entire CA or Course syllabus? Did you know the answer to every interview question? Did you feel good when someone in an interview undermined you? Did it feel good to receive constant rejection?

No, it Did Not, I know that is your answer. Remembering everything isn't humanely possible.

Is just by-hearting the formulas and explanations knowledge? Does that make a business successful? Can everything you do in this VUCA business world be quantified or summarized in a book?

It cannot, a book is a point of reference, because if it was everyone would be a billionaire.
